the day after V-day....is the start of...Tikoy time!!!! Kung Hei Fat Choi!!. kung hei fat LECHON!! Year of the Pig! (incidentally that's my year) But first, roll call - yesterday, I received: 1 box of M&S chocolates from sweet gay friend Ayie, 1 rose from SLG ad agency, 1 rose that went with the box of chocolates, a fantabulously lovely and REALLY huge bouquet of red and peach roses, carnations, mums from my Aussie friend JH, 1 box of tikoy from dear friend Gracie from PhilStar, and 1 box of tikoy - not sure - i think it was from Manprom ad agency. I wonder why they can't make tikoys heart shaped for those years when Chi New Year falls close to V-day.
Anyway..have sent my cheongsam top to the cleaners in preparation for Kung Hei Fat Choi!! We all agreed to come in our most Chinese attire on Monday. I told Sunday to put chopsticks in his hair.
