Take this morning for instance -- sorry am still at it -- I just had my breakfast. I semi choked over the beef tapa because I remembered late last night I forgot to e-mail the hi res logo for some tarp needed by Thursday.. need to also amend some clauses in this draft MOA we approved last week, need to study my product info / notes for a press lunch we're hosting for some broadsheets today.. all before getting ready for work, things I should be doing NOW, instead of venting thru this inanimate thing called a blog. Yes, I even work from home now, between hours of 7am and 8am in between brushing teeth, putting on makeup and performing other - ehem - rituals... It has never been this bad.
ok, just NOW I got a text regarding some press samples we're ordering from abroad for a shoot (brand: SF). hmmm.. fashion editor of x magazine gave me her preferred look numbers (she's probably working over breakfast too). I replied ' got it. will do'. I distinctly remember typing out 'got it. will do' all afternoon yesterday and thrice since last night - while I was driving home thru the traffic, before I dropped off to sleep (midnight!!), and then now. All in reply to different senders, different messages. Now how will I remember all my will do's?? My cellphone inbox is exploding, and I don't have time to scroll.... let me take my shower first and think about life... Got it. Will do!
